Jacobs is also the sitting mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, and wrestled under other gimmicks like Fake Diesel, The Chrismas Creature, and Isaac Yankem DDS.

New England Fan Fest started in 2010 in East Providence, Rhode Island. There was nothing like it in New England; it was an opportunity for fans to meet their wrestling heroes.

It was an opportunity for New England to present its own professional wrestling convention, just like you would see in other parts of the United States. New England has such a rich history when it comes to pro wrestling, and it`s only right that fans have an opportunity to celebrate that in person each year!
